Much Help Needed
Am I able to set up some type of password that will lockdown any type of activity once I turn my computer on? ( before my log in screen).....I have mulitpal people who enjoy getting through my log in password with theyre password tricks. Iam running Windows XP Home Edition 2002 Service Pack 2...It would be great to know.

You can set a BIOS password on the machine, without taking the machine apart and resetting the CMOS, that should stop them. Many machines have a little padlock provision to lock the covers on.

There are also other security products, typically connected by USB, that won't allow a logon without having the USB "key".

As JohnWill already advised you, enter a password in the BIOS setup screen. Just make sure you don't forget what it is.
