Outlook Tips
Here's one not many people know about. If you want to see the next 2 days in your calendar, press Alt+2; the next 3 days, Alt+3; the next 4 days, Alt+4 and so on (of course, calendar has to be the active window for this to work).

I have plenty more if anyone is interested in this stuff...

Very cool!
And, since you offered.............
Do you know a way to easily change the default for saving attachments?
One of my bosses has me log onto his machine and change it at least twice a month. I have showed him how to add a location to "My Places" but even that seems to be more clicks than he wants. He can't edit the registry as I do, so is there another way to change it?
Thanks!

That would be great, wouldn't it? But I don't know of any "easy" way to do it. Which is strange, because you can do that in the other Office applications. It does remember the last place you saved an attachment - during that session.

Did you know that Outlook allows you to specify that any replies sent to you be sent to a different email address than the one you're writing from? With your email message open, click on the View command and choose Options. Then look under Delivery Options, and where it says "Have replies sent to:" enter the email address you want the replies sent to.

Thanks for the reply..I guess there is just no easy way. Personally, I think adding the folder to My Places is enough. One click away! lol Try to keep the boss happy though :P

Here's another one - if you receive an email message in html format that is hard to read, you can easily and quickly change it to plain text format by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+O
