I love WinDirStat. It's got an explorer-like display that shows total folder sizes and percentages, as well as a graphical representation of the entire disk. Each file and folder are grouped and color coordinated so you can immediately see what's using up your space. Here's a screenshot.

man iv'e been in need of some thing like this for my spare pc. i caould not figure out what was using up all the drive space.

I found diskpie (google it) and it is really easy to use too.
