Online Training?
Can anyone recommend any online training sources (e.g. via WebCasts / WebEx) to learn about different areas of IT (e.g. DB's, how to set up & configure SQL DB; RFID overview & basics; WiFi best practices; ODBC for dummies; Backup & Recovery best practices; etc.)

Looking to gain a breadth of experience in different areas of IT, was curious if anyone knew of any sources for such knowledge via audio presentations accompanied by powerpoint slides, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Thumbs up The absolute BEST free online training!
I'm not sure if this site will have everything you listed in your post that you're interested in, but this is the best by far I have found and there are a ton of classes in different areas to choose from.

Go to http://h30187.www3.hp.com/index.jsp and check it out. There's also a section "See other class offering not in session" if something you looking for isn't listed. You can enter your email address and they will notify you when the class will be open for enrollment.

Most classes are an average of 6 to 8 lessions long and they email you one lesson every week and you take them at your own pace. Did I mention they are all FREE?? I highly recommend everyone check out this site whether your looking for learning new software or taking the software knowledge you already have to the next level because they offer beginner through expert for all the major software programs most people use. I'm currently taking Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for beginners right now. The also have an instructor available for each class as well as a message board in case you need help.

I hope you can find what your looking for. Let me know what you think.
