Find out when webpage was updated
Ever wonder if the info on a web page you are reading is current, type this in the address bar of the web page in question without the quotes" javascript:alert(document.lastModified) " hit enter and a dialog box will pop up with the last updated info, kinda handy !...Rhett...PS ..internet explorer only

Very Cool!

Avoid having to remember manual type in the script:

- Right-click on any page and select 'Add to Favorites'.

- In the Add to Favorites window that comes up, change the name to "Check Update Info" (or what ever you want to call it).

- On the IE toolbar select Favorites and right-click on the Favorite you just added and select 'Properties'.

- Click on the 'Web Document' tab and in the URL field, enter the command: "javascript:alert(document.lastModified)" without the quotes and click 'OK'. You'll get a 'Problem with Shortcut' error. Click 'Yes'.

Now anytime you want to check to see when the page you are on has been updated, just go to Favorites and select 'Check Update Info'.
