need help WinRAR

hi,

i inserted my files into winrar with a password. but i forgot my password for that file..wish someone can help how to extract the files inside.

If yo urefer to the TSG Rules, it's our policy to provide no support for any sort of password bypass. Obviously, we can't determine the intent or real situation here, so we err on the side of caution.
