How to find files
I have a compacq Evo 310. It is very slow, almost to the point of not running. I get a message to report at the beginning of startup. It reads hkcmd.module. I goggled it and found it is a SP2 problem with compacq Evo 310. I am told to turn off the Hotkey, Intel extreme graphics. Or down load the video chip. This uses 99% of the CPU. How can I tell what is running on the computer. It tells me there is 1 program running. How can I tell if I have this driver? It is a file hkcmd.exe. I am told to remove this file.
I am just learning how to get into this part of the computer.
