saving toolbar position?
I have two seperate toolbars in IE7, and to show as much screen space as possible i want to place them side by side instead of the default one over the other.

I went into "View" -> "Toolbars" -> "Lock the Toolbars" which let me place the toolbars beside eachother and everything was fine and the way i wanted it. However, when i close IE7 and open it up again the position of the toolbars has reset to the default position of one over the other and not side by side like i had set them to.

Does anyone know how to save the position of the toolbars so the wont keep reseting themselves cause its extremely annoying!?

Thanks in advance for any replies

It should stay. Do you have any locking apps that prevent any changes to IE, like Spybot or some other anti-malware settings?

I don't run it in real-time so I don't know if it usually asks, but check its settings anyway as well as any similar apps and your AV. If you have any of the top 4 boxes in the advanced intenet options checked (about resetting zooms), try unchecking those, too.

I checked those boxes, the all except the 4th and 5th were unchecked. Anyway, i uninstalled one of the toolbars as my connection speed has slowed a bit since i installed it. It was Crawler toolbar by the way if that helps
