PC TV Replacement
I have the Sony Vaio PCV RS-620G Desktop, with the Windows XP SP2 Operating System. The PC came with Giga-Pocket TV installed. It worked wonderfully until recently. Now the TV gets as far as the Settings monitor but will not play on the screen. (Apologies for less than Technical Statement of the problem) I would like to replace the TV capability and would appreciate recommendations as to what I should install, and how to do it. Please include recommendations on what needs to be replaced at the same time. Specificity appreciated.

Hello....knowtrump & welcome to TGF !!

Do you have the software that came with this "Giga-Pocket TV" ? If so, I would go to your "Add/Remove" program in XP & delete the Giga-Pocket TV. Then re-install it.

Or....you could do a "system restore" just before this problem occurred !!

I did a System Restore and the Giga Pocket TV worked---for a while---until I installed MSN Premium. Did another system restore. GP worked until some other MSN stuff was installed. Still works on TV Setup small screen??
