Hi all

i write IT articles and stick them on my site to help people with their pc probs

so heres one on troubleshooting internet connectivity using the OSI model

as usual corrections and improvements welcome

Simple and too the point. I don't know if the average user is conserned with the OSI model...but they should be!!

I think understanding the OSI model is WAY beyond most "average" users!
