Not sure where to put this one. I need to send an email out to a bunch of people. But, I want to say "Go here for more information" So, when they click here, it takes them to the web site. Can someone tell me how to do this real quick. Thanks in advance.

syntaxerr,

The method would depend on the email client you use.

1) Set your email client up to send mail using either "HTML" or "Rich Text" format.

Outlook Express:
Go to Tools > Options > Send
Select HTML in the 'Mail Sending Format' section.

Outlook:
Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format
Select either Micorsoft Outlook Rich Text or HTML in the 'Send in this message format' box.

2) Create the text of the message and then insert a hyperlink.

Outlook Express & Oulook:
Highlight the text you want to use as the hyperlink (in your example higlight the word "here".
Go to Insert > Hyperlink and enter the URL of the page you would like to send the recipients to. Click OK.

If you are using another email client, let us know.

P.S. Be sure to place your recipients list the BCC: field.
