HI Kelly. You need to use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) Feild.

What program are you using to send your email?

the BCC will only hide the names the poster uses - not the names in the original "From" field

Hello Kelly

Depending on how big the e-mail is, how about copying and pasting it on to a new e-mail and then sending it to yourself first to see if that is to your satisfaction. If OK then you can send it to that forwarding address

I do what others have suggested. I remove all the header information from forwarded email copies and use BCC to send if I'm sending to a list. It's always worked for me on a variety of systems.

I just sent a test to three of my email addresses on various servers, all came back looking the same when using the BCC feature of Yahoo mail. Sure looks like it works for me.
