Staged Startup Manager
I have no idea where to put this topic, so i shall put it here. I'm looking for, basically, what the topic says, a staged startup manager.

Because if your like me, when you boot you have 14 applications opening at once from inside the startup, now, im wondering, is it possible to make a script or program that sets timeouts for executing startup programs?

A better option is to turn off all those startup programs. I have two startup programs, my firewall and anti-virus.

You might want a few others if you use them all the time, but you probably don't use all 14 of those applications.
