Hi..........I have a new Dell Studio 15 laptop coming and would appreciate any help in getting it set up.................do I need a router? a modem? high speed in my phone line?.......this is what I have....

sort of worried about setting it up right..............also..............I plan to visit relatives soon and want to take it with me.......do I need anything special so that it will run there too?
