I want to have a standard tab settings for all documents in Microsoft Word 2000 so that whenever I open a new document all the tab setting are defaulted. The main purpose is to allow all users to have the same settings. How do I go about doing this?Any asistance will be greatly appreciated.

Go to Start, Find, Files or Folders, search for normal.dot on your local hard drives, right-click it and select Open (double-clicking it will just open a new doc, not the template), make all changes you want to be standard, then save it to same location and name.

Next time you open Word, it will have all these changes set as default.
