i bought F50 126 Qosmio and its great .. but i was thinking how can i maximize my battery life using different software-- this is what i have done.. turst me.. this would help EVERYONE--- maximize battery so that i can use it in the bus using word

1 ) i have dual core therefore 2 cpu.. i turn one of the cpu off using the bios.. i think it should save battery cuz one cpu is enough -- 2.4 gHz
2) Power saver mode
3) Low Screen brightness
4)Turn my antivius off...(i dont know exactly how to do it in Bitdefender 09,,, but thats not a big problem cuz it has a laptop mode and i can figure out how to turn it off using google)
5) Using task manager.. turn everything offf---
6) Turn all startup software off.. llike disable all start up using msconfig from run
7) But the best way to saver battery is need your guys help

--TURNIN MY GPU off--or at least.. so that it using looww power.. you might thing tunin power saver off turn my gpu off.. but it doesnt--9700M GTS... speed fan says the temp is 50 celcius.. THATS FRAKIN HOT (sorry..big fan of BSG) if its hot.. using power..
So i downlaoded the lastet nvidia ultility for the graphic card and went to it from control panel.. the problem is this.. in the power section which tells how much mhz u want.. i dont know exactly where it is cuz im on a different pc.. anyway.. there is menu on the left column where if u click, it gives u the performace control of the gpu.. and by default it was close tot he maximum... i was thinkin if i take it ALL the way to the left... would it screw my pc up.. or the video card.. my pc cost me 1500 ..not cheap.. thats USD.. --so problem---Turnin my graphic card performace to superlow using nividia control panel..
