What users want and don't want ...!!
What Users Want:

Total 100% protection against all malware threats including their kids, their boss and their mother-in-law
To swap discs and flash drives with everyone they meet
To visit the most highly infectious websites on the planet every day
To open email attachments from Nigeria containing the code to a former Head of State's secret bank account
To believe customers reviews from PC Mag and CNet
To download gigabytes of wallpaper, ringtones and free clocks
To respond weekly to their bank's request to confirm their password
To steal movies and software from warez sites
To have no popups interrupting their Facebook page
To complain to everyone when they get infected

What Users Don't Want:

To check for compatibility issues before choosing their software
To check the integrity of the link before downloading it
To check any other boxes except "next" and "finish" during install
To read the help file
To mess around with all those confusing buttons
To read the logs (what are they?)
To keep it updated
To take any notice at all of leading industry experts who say this might be bad for them
To accept any responsibility for mytrojan.exe now being on their computer

HI PEP,
They want everything perfect but aren't prepared to work at it. The "I want it and I want it now!!" attitude.

I thought it was rather witty ... but I do also find politicians' protestations of honesty to be funny too!!!
