Firefox addon aims to save you money dated August 12, 2009.

An extension to browser Firefox will suggest cheaper prices for products you browse on the internet. The "Invisible Hand" is currently in beta and is building a list of both US and UK retailers.

I tried it, but the interface is incredibly annoying, so I killed it. I suspect if they made it a tad less obnoxious it would be worthwhile.

after reading the reviews I've decided to hang fire seeing it's only in beta, once the issues have been ironed out and more retailers added to the site it might be worth taking another look
