Shortcut to Device Manger
If you need to access the Device Manager here is the shortcut. Just go to My Computer, hold the ALT key and doubleclick My Computer. Bang the Device Manager Window is now open.

You can also right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties...

- OR -

Hold down the Windows logo key and hit pause/break

on xp, the target for device manager is;


%windir%\system32\mmc.exe c:\windows\system32\devmgmt.msc

desktop (from Control Panel) on my Win
95 system...

You can also create a shortcut to DM by using this as the command line when you right click and-->> Create New Shortcut.
C:\WINDOWS\CONTROL.EXE sysdm.cpl ,1

Name it Device Manager
