Hey guys,
I have had an on going problem with my computer and so far, no one has been able to help. Hopefully I came to the right place!

I'll try to explain the problem as best as I can, but I am no computer whiz.

When I'm on the net, if I have too many windows open at one time, OR if I enter a site with a lot of pop ups, my computer will totally lock up. It seems to happen if I have more than 2 or 3 windows open at one time. I've added RAM and cleaned all my cookies out and did scan disk to no avail.

When it locks up, I'll have to cntrl alt del to get out of it. When I do that, all windows close and my active desktop needs to be reset. Also, after I do all of that, my online icon in the taskbar will disappear, even though I am still connected.

When I go to open another webpage, it will say that connection was not found, hit work offline or try again. I'll hit try again and the page opens and I'm back in business, until next time. This happens quite frequently and is really annoying.

Any suggestions?
