I recently found this at C-Net...it cleans the registry of unused entry's along with several other features..I am no Guru, but when I fired it up, it found several reg entries to programs that I had deleted long ago, a few mouse clicks and they were gone and my PC never missed a beat, it also has a back-up feature in case your not to sure...spyware free, add free...and TOTALLY free..
I wish one of you members with more registry experience would check it out and comment.... HERE it is...Rhett

It's a great program, HOWEVER..

Be very afraid

I managed to delete most of my C drive with one careless click in the find temp files section!!

Had to reinstall XP & lost my wife's address book.

Be careful out there folks.

JV16 Power Tools 1.1.0 is still in beta testing, so I would hold off using it for now because there are still some bugs in it.

RegCleaner 4.3.0.780 is still available for downloading and does a good job. You can get it from the same site here.
