Uninstalling
Hey, i'm running linux red hat 8.0 on my pc. Unfortunatly linux isn't for me and i want to uninstall it. I have pretty much no working knowledge of linux, so if someone could give me an idiots guide to removing linux it would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

To remove Linux, you just have to reformat your hard drive. remember to blow out the mbr from fdisk before you try installing windows - fdisk /mbr. Cheers

I have a 40 GB Samsung Hard Disk. Following are the partitions:
  • 25% C: - Primary partition
  • 55% Extended partition ( has 2 logical partitions, D: and E: )
  • 20% LINUX partition (Red Hat 8.0 based Linux)

I cannot start Linux at all and Grub is installed in MBR.
How do I uninstall Linux and GRUB and reclaim my partition?
