linux router setup
hey guys helow!

im a linux newbie i have a red hat on my amd k62 500 pc and i want this pc to be my internet server so that my friend and relative can connect to my server using dial up connection.

i have a dsl connection a router and a switch!

how can i set up this one!

Do you realize what this will entail. If you want more than one person to dialin at the same time you will need to setup a modem pool and get more connections into your house from your Phone provider.

They will still only be able to surf at dialup modem speeds.

I think this will cost you more money than you can afford.

There are so many cheap ISP's out there, they would be better off going with one of those.
