Read the instructions. The md5 files are to make sure your download is not corrupted. The Readme will also tell you how to burn the ISO.

The ISO file is an "image". It will tell your CD burner exactly what to burn to the CD. In most burning programs there is a "Burn ISO" or "Burn Image" button, or something similar.

Go to Linuxiso.org
and click on the link to your burning program in the ISO Burning Instructions section.
