Question Linux and wireless network help
HELP! i've got windows xp and i just just just put on redhat 9 today. problem: for windows, my internet consists of a microshaft wireless usb network adapter (model 510, 802.11b), which runs fine on windows and gives me all the internet access i want, but linux won't acknowledge my network or do much of anything really....anyone have any ideas on how i can get my network running on linux? i forgot to put samba on and it was not picked up at all when being installed or linux is up and running. thank you so much!

http://prism54.org/ has a linux driver for this chipset, but their site says they have not yet written a version that works with the USB devices. Sounds like they are working on it though. Maybe someone else knows of another driver that will work.
