port 113 closed, how do i steath it?

hi, i have installed mandrake 10 and used the built in firewall , shorewall, but port 113 is closed but responding to tcp, how do I stealth this port? I'm a newbie to linux so, if anyone could give me the command s?

you need to add something like

Code:

0.0.0.0/0               tcp             137

to /etc/shorewall/blacklist
