Xserver problems
Hello, Im using Slack 10.0 /w a 2.4kernel and i wanted to get the ati fglxr drivers to work, but im using xorg 6.8 as my Xserver. So i download all the files for Xfree86 4.3 and installed it(i backed up all the Xorg files so i can go back if i need to) anyway, i get a xf86config but when i try and startx i get an error:
Code:
(ww)Radeon:No matching device section for instance(Build PCI:1:0:1) found)
(EE)No devices detected
Fatal server errors:
No screens found
im guessing its not looking for it in the agp slot or somthing, anyone know how i would fix this? thanks, ben
