I am setting up a web host using Fedora Core 3. But i can't seem to find any good sites that talk u through installing the newest Frontpage Extensions or Dreamweaver extensions (if there is any).

As far as dreamweaver, it has the ability to mount your /var/www/localhost/htdocs folder and copy the files over..that'd probably be the easiest way assuming there's a ftp server on the box
