Installing MEPIS unable to boot to CD
I have been running MEPISLinux on my desktop with no issues.
I have not been able to run it on my old Dell Laptop it does not have CD boot up, disk or HDD only I have been searching the sites about booting from a floppy then load the CD. I keep getting sbminst I have it loaded on a floppy but when I choice CD to boot I get a big red box with error 0xAA I have version 3.7.1 What am I missing? would anyone have a working boot disk they could share?

Oh ya I also found something about loadlin \boot\vmlinuz2 initrd=/boot/intrd.gz what is that all about?
I am also looking for mkbootdisk.bat I have found mkbootdisk.sh but I am unable to make it work?
