XP Linux Dual boot ?
I have the following drives:
C 2GB FAT Empty
D 40GB NTFS Used for BU and storage
E 60GB NTFS Running WinXPSE OS

Would like to install Linux OS on "C"

I have Knoppix Linux on a CD.
How do I install this OS on "C" ? and have the option at Bootup to run either WinXPSE or Linux.

Note: I have run Linux from the CD by enabling CD Boot in BIOS.

Hope this clearly explains what I want to do.

Thank you for any help available.

I've never installed Knoppix but somewhere in the setup files should be an option to install it to a HD. If Knoppix is like most other distros then it will ask you which partition you want to install to - and grub will take care of everything as far as booting for all of the operating systems on the HD.
