Unhappy Linux proxies
Hola
I am completly new to linux and was wondering if any one knew of any good linux hhtp proxies i tried squid but cant seem to install it nor confg it.This is for my office and i need an answer as soon as possible can any one please advise???!!!!

Yeah, Squid isn't the easiest to configure. They do make a version of Squid for Windows if you want to try that. It is just called SquidNT.

I would give one of these programs a shot. Many of my frieds use Ipcop.

What kind of proxying do you want to do? Privoxy is easy to set up. It is a privacy proxy.

I want to use a linux box(fedora) as a hhtp proxy allowing five pc on a network to connect to the fedora box to the internet but not certain how to accomplish this?

Squid is what you want if you want to proxy. If you just want to forward connections you could do that with iptables.
