Fn key stuck on laptop
Not sure if this is a hardware problem or software, but the Fn key on my laptop is reversed, I have to hold it down for the letters to work. never ca0e across anything like this before, im using ubuntu edgy 6.10

You have to diagnose it yourself first if it is a mechanical fault first. It can be a bit of dirt making the rebound mechanism sticky. In such a case you can gentlely remove the key button and give it a thorough clean.

If the Ubuntu isn't responding to the correct key then it may be a matter of selecting the correct keyboard in the desktop.
