ubundo cd write

iam going to install the ubundo now, according to this instructions https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BurningIsoHowto its says we have to select the iso file but where can i find that iso file in the ubundo folder theres no iso file which i downloded

ok i understood i have unziped the ubuntu-6.06.1-desktop-i386.iso and i have deleted this iso now i have only that folder now what i have to do

Pick the version you want - download it to your computer - it will be an ISO already.
Use any burning software to burn an IMAGE of the ISO to a CDR.
Boot with the burned CD in the drive and follow instructions.

hello now i have writed the cd and working on it, now iam going to select the installation drive i have selected a e: drive its its used 11gb and free 8 gb , if i select the e: will it format the drive? please answer ASAP
