Installing a Wireless G Network Card
For the past 4 days I have been trying to install a Belkin (Broadcom chipset - Airforce One 54g) wireless PCI card. I have attempted to use Ndiswrapper (with varying success - first attempt I got to a point where I was receiving a documented error. I also tried to use Linuxant (as a bit of a get out clause) but it doesn't support my distro, Fedora Core 7 (fully updated) x86_64. At this point I tried to install the DKMS version via YUM, but when attempting to use the ndiswrapper -i command I got an "Unknown command" error.

Has anyone had any success with this? Or anyone able to put it into easy bite size chunks for a linux beginner?

I bought a cheap off brand called Ativa from Office Depot and a Linksys. The Ativa worked but the Linksys didn't. I'd suggest buying an Ativa and then downloading the madwifi driver.
