Hi davidohuf,

Welcome to TSG!

Assuming the multi-language support you reference has to do with International languages (Spanish, German, English, Japanese, Chinese, etc.) the proper term with regard to computer support for these languages is I18N or i18n which stands for "Internationalisation" and includes locale interfaces to adapt to local languages or the locales can be added via add-on to the base installation using the Update Manager and/or Synaptic Package Manager or commands in a terminal window.

Installation of the Linux version should include which locale to install, but if not asked then a default locale would be assumed. There is lots of documentation on how to adapt to a locale usually via a Starter Guide for the specific Linux release.

That said, here is a link to all of the Live CD Linux distributions - the most popular download being Ubuntu according to the distrowatch website where the releases can also be purchased cheaply. The downloads are free and you will need to pay attention to system requirements for the amount of memory (RAM) and hard disk space required.

P.S. You should do some additional research via Google for whichever releases make it to your candidate list to confirm the language locale support - i.e. visit user forums and search them or post a message asking specific questions.

I just verified in my Live CD for Ubuntu Fiesty Fawn aka Fiesty (rel 7.04) that there are 261 locales supported in /usr/share/i18n/locales directory.

See here How to add locales to Ubuntu the command line way[/url]. Very straightforward.
