This means what?
How to parse RSS into PHP for Apache HTTP Server

uh, I didn't take the network+ exam.

all I know is http not secure, https secure!

Honestly, I don't even know what RSS, PHP, or Apache HTTP are!

Apache HTTPD is an httpd server. PHP is web scripting/programming language that works closely with Apache. Both Apache and PHP are part of the oft mentioned LAMPP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl).

RSS stands for realy simple syndication. It is a specific XML format meant to syndicate news headlines in a consumable format.

If you google "PHP RSS Parser" you will find numerous how to articles and already existing scripts.
