Firefox add-on: Forecastfox Enhanced
I'd like to recommend the weather add-on "Forecastfox Enhanced" for those of you running the other Firefox Forecastfox weather add-ons for Firefox in Linux.

The advantage is that the radar display (with a mouse over) is larger and covers your locally specified region so that you can see the weather radar when the snapshot was taken - much better than the smaller hard to see radar image of the other weather add-on.

Note: I had to click on the Customize button and then click on the button Restore Default for Current Conditions, Today's Forecast, and Extended Forecast before the icons and conditions would display properly.

The other best feature is that you can actually set the frequency of updates which the other add-on does not have - an annoying occurrence when it tries to update every 2 minutes. The default update frequency is more reasonably set to 30 minutes, or you can set it to whatever frequency of update you desire - a true user friendly feature!

I set it up to display at the top in the main-menubar section of my Firefox 3.0b5 browser in Ubuntu 8.04 LTS.

Ooops! Looks like I got the name wrong - it's Forecastbar Enhanced here.

Searching for Forecastfox Enhanced points you to Forecastbar Enhanced.
