Basilisk[1] II is an Open Source 68k Macintosh emulator. That is, it enables you to run 68k MacOS software on you computer, even if you are using a different operating system (in your case, Linux). There could be many more out there, but that's the only one that I'm familiar with.
Also, remember that Google[2] is your friend, and even has a special Linux section[3] which one should always use to search for answers before posting them to a bulletin board.
