Solved: Linux Mouse Problems
I recently installed Mandrake Linux 8.2. The install program identified my mouse (a logitech PS/2 mouse connected to a serial port via adapter), and it worked perfectly during the rest of the installation period. Later on in the installation, I selected it as a serial mouse since it was connected through a serial port. However, when I logged into linux, the mouse would only move every five seconds. Would this be due to the fact that I selected serial mouse instead of PS/2? If not, then what is the problem?

Problem Solved
Nevermind the above post. I found that there was an IRQ conflict with a PCI Serial Modem.
