httpd.conf
hey, is there anyone out there willing to let me see their httpd.conf file?
i'm running apache_1.3.26, mysql_3.23.51 and php_4.2.1
and i'm just not sure where to put the necessary changes for php.

You must add a few lines..

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps

Write it after:

AddType application/x-tar .tgz

And you will also have to change:

<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.html
</IfModule>

to:
<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html
</IfModule>
