Mandrake issues
I am having probs installing mandrake On the boot floppy it says boot failed and I have tried pretty much everything. So I need to know if there is another linux for me to try. The D/L site would be helpfull also.

And then I also am having video capture probs. I have a win98 box that has a ATI capture card. The qual off the screen just watching it not evern recording is kinda bad. I need to know if there is any tricks to making it dvd qual. Thank you

Here are two that I know off the top of my head. Both have been around for quite a long time (in Linux years) and while not having ever used Caldera personally, both have a good rep. I have used redhat in the past, and found it to be pretty good and a lot of companies swear by it.

The ATI problem might also be better served by posting in the 98 forum, because there are a lot more people browsing that forum than this one.
