Question Linux Redhat - Email Error
I recently had installed a linux redhat server, primarily we use it for email. Its been 2 days, and I am getting this error:

Server Response: '452 4.4.5 Insufficient disk space; try again later', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 452, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

Is there a quick fix? .. even a long one.. or a link explaining that? I'm pretty good with root operations, etc, but I am by no means an expert.

Thanks

find things to delete...

possibly back up things and clear it out. I am not sure if there is a way to redirect where the mail spools are...maybe get to move them to users /home directories.

check out this link from google groups...might help out.

I think a problem is all my users are in /var/spool/mail

From what i gather, they should be somewhere else.. how would you move them.. var should just be logs.. etc I assume>?????? Or maybe i'm wrong about that...

Thanks again and in advance!

no, they are supposed to be in /var. My thought was you might be able to move the mail files using the google group info I posted.

Both you mail queue and the mail file for each user will be in the /var.

Another option might be that if this is in an office environment, you can force the users to make the mail reader not save messages on the server and to download them.

Then the messages are on the user's computers and not on the server, which can be bad if you are supposed to have them backed up.
