Hy there,
Still problems with your internet ? If yes, please try the steps below. - Press the Window key on the keyboard
- In the search field type CMD
- Right click on cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator
In the command prompt window that opens, type the following commands, each followed by the Enter key: (only type the text in bold)
Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults, type: netsh int ip reset reset.log
Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults, type: netsh winsock reset catalog
Reboot your PC.
If this does not fix your problem, please transfer the OTL.txt from your PC to a second one and post it in your topic, so I can have a look on it and help you to fix your problem  |
