Hi, my computer has not been loading properly, when i go to main user in normal mode it either hangs for ages or says windows explorer is not responding, (it loads ok in safe mode with networking but then usually locks up after while)

from time to time my browser says welcome to nginx and thats all it will show.

I ran windows essential security which found a couple of javascript problenms but it still hasn't sorted my problem.
I ran hijack this but am having problems running the dds.com program as I can't disable avast script checker from the guest account that I am having to use now.
