Thanks for the opportunity to be able to submit my queries to real tech's .

I start having problems after i downloaded accidently , "Down tango" or " Red Sky" , now i am unable to download anything , even your TSG Sysinfo .

When i click on a download button , the following message appear ," your download was "downtangoed " ,please press the previous button to return to your browser "

My system is as follows , Windows XP Professional , Version 2002 ,Sevice Pack 3

start in safe mode with networking &

follow advice here and post the logs those programs make

Thanks for your reply , but the problem is that i can't download anything , this "down tango " thing blocks everything .

in that case, you will need to find another computer to download the files to & then transfer them over by USB stick
until we see what is wrong, we can't start to fix it

have you tried going to add/remove programs & uninstall down tango

or open IE/tools/manage addons & look for downtango addon . right click it & select disable
