Hi, Start with this:

Add/remove Programs, uninstall all these> sometimes the uninstallers do not appear to do anything, some do.
Web_Rebates

VirtualBouncer/ VBundle or similar

CashBack

NaviSearch

Tv Media

WinTools

Messenger Plus! 3 > source of LOP infection

DealHelper

Ezula

WebOffers

VVSN

IEAgent

Websearch--- any part of that shows.

I cannot believe all this is sitting in the same computer with AdAware 6 installed> there is a newer version of AAW out, SE Personal edition v. 1.05, get that you will need it: but do NOT use it until asked to!

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

It's found from the AdAware SE personal link on left at that page...just download it, instructions for the install and use will be posted later on...you will have to uninstall version 6 before installing the SE personal edition, too, but not yet!

Get CWShredder here:

http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/

And, do NOT run it yet either! This is important- please follow the directions you will be given step by step. Since it is late tonite, you will probably be around in the morning, where some help may be posted for you to start with until some people who can work with the problems you have are around.

Also, don't run SpyBot or other spyware removal programs, they will not fix some of the things you have and may make some worse until a few of these are straightened out.

There may be some special tools to work with first...

Just run the uninstalls for the items above, I may have missed a few and you may not find all those listed if you have used AAW, SpyBot, etc but that should be OK>

Post a fresh log from HJT, just as you are coming online and are prepared to be available for let's say...an hour or possibly more. You will need to print out instructions as much of the work you will have to do is done in Safe Mode where the Internet and these posts will not be available...
another way to save these posts is as a text file, right on your desktop for easy access, or My Documents, etc...just make a folder and save the posts there so you can read them in Safe Mode. A floppy disk works as well.
Once you start the step by step procedure you should not open Internet Explorer until told to...it may help to have another computer available to read posts to save connecting the bad one. If it's all you have it will have to do. It might or might not be me who helps you...I am on call and may be out all day.

Messenger Plus! 3 can install a LOP infection> if you read closely during the original setup of MS Plus 3, you may have chosen not to install all the other software which may have saved you that malware installing.

You still have the webplugin entry in the 016's
That Coolwebsearch leftover>

I was careful when I installed MS Plus 3....I believe I just got the program and nothing else, but I still might take it off. For the Coolwebsearch...should I remove it with hijack this?
