Norton Internet Worm Protection and XP Firewall
I am trying to make sure my girlfriend's computer is properly set up to be protected from viruses, hackers, sypware, etc.. It has Norton Antivirus 2005 installed with the Internet Worm Protection on. The Windows XP firewall is turned off. But in the Windows Security Center, it says the firewall is ON, and it says that "Norton Internet Worm Protection is currently ON". So I guess i'm wondering if it would be bad to have both the Norton internet worm protection and the Windows XP Firewall on at the same time? I didn't think Norton A/V included any type of firewall? And if they can both run at the same time, is there any special way I need to set them up.

Let me clarify my question a bit.... I guess what I'm really wondering is if the anyone knows if the Internet Worm Protection feature in NAV is sufficient to use as a firewall on its own? When NAV '05 was installed, it disabled the Windows XP firewall, so i would think yes, but I'm not sure. After all, Norton also sells the Personal Firewall.
