Unhappy please help... trojan agent
Hi, I'm new here and my level of computer knowledge more than leaves something to be desired, so bear with me please!

Im running XP and my browser (internet explorer) has been hijacked by about:blank.

In the past i have been able to ward off the spyware i encountered with the three programs i use (noadware, adaware, and spybot s&d). however, now i have used these to no avail...
when i run NoAdware it finds 10 instances of troj_agent.bm... it then claims to repair them but they show back up after rebooting the computer

adaware finds "win32.trojandownload.agent.al" at
windows\system32\winqj.exe

and another persisting infection at

windows\system32\??rvices.exe

all my anti-spyware programs find numerous other infections as well that i assume this trojan is welcomming in...

i read some posts on here and downloaded hijackthis so i could share the log

Go here and download Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware SE UPDATE them and do a scan getting rid of all they find

Do a scan with Housecall and Panda

Go to windows updates and download all critical updates except SP2

reboot and post another log here please

Thank you for your reply, i followed your instructions and still the trojan is present...

it is rather persistent, i am going nuts.
I ran the program at panda's site then
i ran ad-aware and spybot s&d...
downloaded the microsoft security download
rebooted and ran adaware... it came up clean

about five minutes later without visiting any websites i again ran ad-aware and it found a gang of parasites.
