more info:
PANDA scan found 2 'infections'. See info below HJT LOG.
-----------------
original message:

I've finally made the jump to DSL last week from using a phone line connection. Today
I have a small alert window in my taskbar that keeps popping up saying: "Windows - System Error There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network". Please view my HJT info below and tell me what is up. Thanx

I searched at yahoo.
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22...ficial&fr=moz2

http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/win2000/1089777413
advice:
Install it in C:\Tools , it makes it easyer to get to..

Netdiag.exe

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

NOTE***
After you install the Netdiag
Start/Run cmd
go to c:\tools and type netdiag /?
It will show you a list of commands that you can use that will pin it down...
