Hey I did everything you said however I think things might have gotten worse. When in safe mode my keyboard didnt work, i had to use the one screen keyboard from the accessibility tools. I don't think it found anything wrong but now that im in normal mode my internets all funky now. I don't have the file, view, edit menus, all I have is the address, back, forwards, refresh, delete and find. Also when I plug something into my computer via usb, the lil pop up menu does not pop up, and I can not access it through my computer. Sound still isn't working however my internet doesn't have the problem with eupdatepage.com
